Market-specific requirements
Regulatory obligations differ by destination and by who places the product on the market. At the start of a project we list the applicable requirements and agree in writing which party is responsible for each one.
This covers classification and labelling rules, any registration obligations, and transport classification where the pack requires it. Current status per product is confirmed in writing with the quotation.
Why the paperwork matters
In our experience buyers rarely have a problem with product performance. They have a problem when an auditor asks for a safety data sheet in the right language and nobody can produce it within the day.
For that reason the technical file is built alongside the product rather than assembled afterwards. When you place a first order, the document set arrives with it.
